The X-Belt can be built up into an armoured battle belt along with the M2 harness system and leg loops, which can be used for emergency rappels or as an armoured harness for climbing in a tactical environment. A streamline low profile design offers maximum comfort when carrying a heavy load, and the resizable feature allows for a variety of waist sizes and bulky clothing. Space is made available on the outer section of the belt, due to the three rows of MOLLE that overlap the inner belt. A rigid plastic insert is placed between the X-Belt layers on one side which allows for mounting a sidearm.
